These are the applicable Terms of Service as of December 2019.
All of these statements in this TOS are prone to changes depending on discussions between me, the artist/designer, and you, the client/commissioner.

1. General Terms

During the communication between me, the artist/designer, and you, the client/commissioner, it is highly appreciated to write in a clear and polite manner. Providing visual and neat references is preferred, or hopefully something you can easily make. Text is difficult to visualize, it will depend on the situation. Questionable behavior will not be tolerated and I, the artist/designer, hold the rights to cancel your commission if that occurs.I can design or illustrate the following:- Original/Copyrighted Characters (if you have officially written permission for me to design/illustrate them) (there are exceptions that can and will be discussed)
- Anthropomorphism
- Semi-Realism
- Cartoonism
- Semi-Detailed Backgrounds/Scenery/BuildingsI cannot design or illustrate the following, due to not fitting the artist/designer's style and/or lack of experience:- Extreme details
- Fully rendered buildings
- Fully fledged animationsI will NOT in any form design or illustrate the following, due to going against my ethical beliefs and professional matters:- Pornography
- Pedophilia
- Gore
- Discrimination against any minority/group
- Zoophilia
- Any other obscene behavior/themeIf these fail to be followed I hold all the rights to decline your commission.

2. Payment

All commissions must be paid in full upfront through PayPal invoice, the currency accepted being USD. 100% of the payment is required before starting the project.

3. Process

Work In Progress will be provided if you, the client/commissioner, personally requests it, no matter the price of the project. The same will happen if I have any concerns about the continuation of the project.
The time frame of completion for your commission can range between a couple weeks to 3 months depending on multiple factors such as, in order of importance:- Health
- Family/Relationships
- Work/University
- Commission Queue
- ComplexityIf any of the previously mentioned were to occur, you, the client/commissioner, will be notified as soon as possible through e-mail and/or the form of communication preferred.

4. Customer Satisfaction

I, the artist/designer, will do everything that is at my reach to make you, the client/commissioner, happy and satisfied. After a commission is finished, minor changes are allowed to be requested. Anything that requires more than an hour of work will come with an extra charge. Please be clear in your order at the start to avoid reworks.

5. Copyright and Usage Policy

I, the artist/designer, hold every right to the project and its process. The artist/designer is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to showcase as portfolio. Some rights can be discussed during the process.The client/commissioner is allowed to, with credit given where it's due:- Use the project for personal use.
- Use the project for commercial use only if agreed/discussed.What is considered credit:- Linking to the artist/designer's website.
- Linking to 3 or more of the artist/designer's social media accounts.
- Verbally and/or textually mentioning the artist/designer's alias.The following is considered Copyright Infrigement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted project commercially in a way that was not agreed/discussed.
- Taking/claiming credit for the creation of the project.
- Removing watermarks/signatures if any.
- Altering or changing the project greatly without the artist/designer's consent.

6. Canceling and Refunding Policy

I, the artist/designer, hold the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission/project at any time, for any given circumstances. I will notify you, the client/commissioner, if complications show up and we can reach an agreement for a successful refund.
You, the client/commissioner, have the right to cancel or demand a refund from me, the artist/designer, if and ONLY IF the project hasn't started. It usually starts 2 days after payment. Refunds are not allowed once creative work has been started.
Any reversal of payment/chargebacks forfeits any rights to work provided, will ban you, the client/commissioner, from future projects/commissions, and will be disputed with the payment provider.

Sketch

Digital sketch with no colors or limited palette, rough construction lines, no defined lineart or rendering. Good for an easy display of an idea or character.

Flat Illustration

Digital illustration with flat colors for easy viewing and better palette appreciation. Good for profile pictures and images that may be downscaled.
You can choose to have a simplified background or a transparent background.

Rendered Illustration

Digital illustration with colors and simple to medium shading and rendering, adds depth perception. Great for bigger displays.
You can choose to have a defined background or a transparent background.

Profile Pictures

Small clean illustrations for social networks or profile pictures. Will come in varying sizes and compressed to reasonable sizes if requested.
THESE ARE NOT ICONS. If you are looking for an icon for an API, Discord bot, or visual identity logos, please refer to Vector Illustration.
You can choose between a transparent background or a simple background.

The Seasonal Bundle comes with 4 profile pictures for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
The Seasonal and Events Bundle comes with 4 profile pictures for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, and 3 profile pictures for Easter, Halloween and Christmas.

Vector Illustration

Illustration made out of vector graphics with very high resolution for clean visuals. Good for logos, icons and minimal graphics.
The Icon option is best for Discord bot icons, APIs or visual identity logos.
You can choose between having a background or just a transparent background.

Twitch Graphics

Emotes and other graphics for Twitch channels, or emotes for Discord.
You can choose between the following:

The Emote Bundle includes 5 emotes and 2 animated emotes.
The Full Package includes 5 emotes, 2 animated emotes, 4 panels and 3 custom alerts.

Descriptions of any custom commissions, projects and illustrations plus all prices can be discussed with the artist/designer. Prices and timeframes may vary depending on complexity and other factors.

I'm currently studying graphic design at a local university. I have plans on studying computer science/software engineering right after.Languages
I speak Spanish natively and I know fluent English as my second language, with a Cambridge English Level C1 Certificate. I have a rough basic understanding of German and French.Experience
I started digital work at 9 years old (2008) so roughly 10+ years of my own time and experience. I started professional design work at 18 years old (2018) which would be 4+ years of professional/university work. I have done a few projects for university which have been displayed and recognized by the institution itself and other clients.Tools
I currently use a Huion Kamvas GT-220 V2 on my desktop, and I also work with an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil.
I work with most of the Adobe Creative Cloud package, Paint Tool SAI 2, MediBang Paint Pro, Clip Studio Paint & Procreate.
